When can i bring my pet to your store

Our normal business hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. You can drop by for walk in appointments anytime. Or, if you want to make sure there is availability, try our online booking system from this website, or give us a call. See you soon!
 

Are there ever any extra charges for my service?

Each and every pet is unique. Because of that, charges are going to vary based on the breed and difficulty of services. We commit to being fair and never overcharging you. Be aware that de-matting, de-shedding, and the demeanor of your pet can increase the cost beyond what is listed. We will always try to give an honest estimate at check-in and keep you updated if changes must be made.
 

what happens if i have to cancel my appointment

We prefer that you notify us as soon as possible about a needed cancellation. If possible, we’d like to schedule you for your pet’s next appointment.

Do you have any job OPPORTUNITIES?

We are always on the look out for budding talent and eager individuals to enter and contribute to the pet grooming industry. How long does my appointment last?

We want to work around your schedule. Since we work with animals, the day can be unpredictable! We ask our clients to plan for around 4 hours, but if you have special needs we can accommodate. Express service is available for $10-20 depending on the size of your dog, and is best scheduled over the phone so our receptionist can ensure accommodation. The time you book is when you will bring your pet into the store. We can make it a quick appointment or keep your pet at the store the entire day. Just let us know!
